Terms of Service

Last updated August 25, 2026

Portland French Drains is a website that helps homeowners request information and estimates for exterior residential yard drainage in Portland, Maine and nearby communities listed on this site. These terms apply to use of portlandfrenchdrains.com.

Informational content

Articles, service descriptions, and decision guides on this site are general information. They are not a design, a bid, or a determination that a particular drainage method is appropriate for your property. Slope, outlet, and what is feeding the wet area have to be evaluated on the lot.

No guaranteed results, price, or availability

Nothing on this website guarantees that a French drain or any other method will dry a specific yard, that work can be scheduled by a particular date, or that a price shown in search results or on a third-party page applies to your property. We do not quote a generic price from the website.

This site does not claim contractor licenses, warranties, employee counts, or that a particular crew is employed to perform your job. Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a contract for work.

Estimate requests

If you submit the form, you agree that the name, email, phone, and problem description you enter are accurate enough to be used to contact you about exterior drainage. When a form-processing provider is configured, it is used only to deliver that request. If the form cannot be delivered, call 207-870-9502.

Website availability

Pages may be unavailable, delayed, or changed. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the site being up at a particular time, or from generalized drainage information that does not match your yard.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the form (including submitting others’ contact details without a basis to do so) or attempt to disrupt the site.

Privacy

How submitted information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
